Consent to the Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes and Sending of Commercial Communications

pursuant to Article 4(11) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

By granting this consent, as a data subject, you authorise HAJDO spol. s r.o., registered office: Čihadlo 951/5, 784 01 Litovel, Company ID: 00534391, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 19/KSOS (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to send you commercial communications containing offers of our products and services as well as other information about the Controller, by all means, including electronic communication tools pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended. If you provide us with your telephone number, commercial communications may also be delivered via telephone calls, which may be recorded. For the purposes of this consent, your personal data will be processed by the Controller in the following scope: first name, surname, e-mail address, IP address, and, where applicable, telephone number.

Your personal data under this consent will be processed by the Controller for a period of 5 years or until you withdraw your consent. The processing will include, in particular, data collection, transfer, storage, analysis, evaluation, inclusion in a marketing database and, where applicable, structuring or profiling.

You are hereby informed that, as a data subject, you have the right to:

  • withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or a letter to the Controller’s registered office address,
  • request information from the Controller about which of your personal data is being processed,
  • request an explanation from the Controller regarding the processing of your personal data,
  • request access to your personal data from the Controller and request their update or rectification,
  • request the erasure of your personal data by the Controller,
  • in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection at www.uoou.cz
