Description and technical specifications:

  • Dynamic and static balancing (measurement and balancing in two or one plane)
  • Maximum diameter of balanced object is 1,600 mm
  • Maximum length of balanced object is 6,000 mm
  • Maximum range of balancing rotation speed 120 – 6,000 RPM
  • Used range of balancing rotation speed 120 – 2,500 RPM
  • Maximum weight balanced object 3,000 kg (at 250 RPM)

  • Guiding and driving cylinders of various sizes, types and dimensions
  • Universal joint drive shafts for industry, automotive, multi-part and special
  • Rotors of pumps (one- or multistage)
  • Vacuum pumps of various sizes
  • Electromotors' rotors
  • Fans propellers (static balancing)
  • Rotors of shredders, including movable knives types
  • Rotation gearboxes (including oil filling)
  • Turbines of various sizes
  • Rotors of mills with or without knives fitted
  • Rotors of shredders, mulchers and threshing drums of agricultural machines
  • Belt pulleys

 

Most often used balancing methods:

  • Drilling – up to 16 m diameter directly in the machine, larger diameters at the horizontal boring machine
  • Welding-on the weights (steel / stainless steel)
  • Boring-on the weights (cast iron, duralumin)
  • Grinding-off (minor imbalances)
  • Screwing-in of balancing segments (preparation on the product is necessary)
  • Riveting (fans propellers)
  • Point welding using resistance tongs (universal joint drive shafts, smaller cylinders)
