Production Range
Our production facilities are designed to fully handle the entire lifecycle of a machine component – from the first cut of the material to the final balancing inspection. We operate a turning and milling center, horizontal boring machines, and CNC machining equipment capable of processing parts up to 6.5 m in length and up to 1 m in diameter. Thanks to cylindrical and surface grinding, we deliver micron-level surface precision, while the slotting machine enables efficient shaping of internal and external profiles.
Our broad capabilities are complemented by metalworking / locksmith production featuring hydraulic presses, shears, plate and profile bending rolls, and certified welders. CNC tube bending (Ø 6–22 mm) and CNC material cutting speed up both single-piece and series production. When assembling hydraulic, pneumatic, and central lubrication circuits, we design, supply, and commission both Walform/Walpro piping systems and reinforced hoses with a full range of fittings.
For demanding rotary components, we offer dynamic and static balancing on the SCHENCK HGW 20 BU machine (up to 6,000 rpm, 3,000 kg). Each part undergoes 3D measurement and final inspection to ensure the finished component meets micron-level accuracy. Our complete service package also includes manufacturing and repairs of universal joint drive shafts in our authorized UNI-Cardan Service workshop.
